Neptune Wellness Solutions appoints two new board members

A Quebec, Canada-based supplements company announced the installment of two new members to the company’s board of directors.
Neptune Wellness Solutions of Laval, Quebec, on Tuesday said Joseph Buaron and Michael A. de Geus were joining the company’s board.
Buaron has two decades of experience as a chief technology officer, while de Geus is a security executive “with domestic and international cyber investigative and physical security experience.”
Neptune makes fish-oil supplements and cannabinoid oils. Last year, the company acquired a North Carolina hemp extractor, Sugarleaf Labs of Conover.
Neptune trades as NEPT on the Nasdaq and Toronto Stock Exchange.
