Two Canadian marijuana companies have made processing and distribution agreements with CBD businesses, including one in the U.S.

WeedMD Inc., a producer and distributor of medical marijuana in Ontario, said Tuesday it signed a commercial arrangement to manufacture, package and ship Revity CBD, a product line from Canadian retailer Fire & Flower. The new product will be in stores Friday in the province of Saskatchewan.

Also this week, Avicanna Inc., another Ontario-based company, formed a production and distribution partnership with U.S.-based Red White & Bloom Brands. The agreement will allow RWB to exclusively distribute Avicanna’s CBD-based cosmetic and topical products called “Pura H&W by RWB.”

WeedMD trades on the TSX Venture Exchange as WMD. Fire & Flower trades on the TSX Venture Exchange as FAF.

Avicanna trades on the TSX Venture Exchange as AVCN. Red White & Bloom trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange as CSE.
