Colorado CBD maker inks distribution deal with multistate golf course management company

A Colorado hemp and CBD company with a special focus on tapping customers who golf has settled a distribution partnership with a large golf-club management and marketing company to expand the brand’s reach in the sector.
Functional Remedies’ Synchronicity full-spectrum hemp oil will be distributed through golf clubs and managed by Scottsdale, Arizona-based Troon throughout the U.S., capitalizing on the marketer’s retail programming and custom-tailored marketing to golf enthusiasts.
Functional Remedies has been courting the golf segment for some time, signing endorsement deals with current and former professionals and sponsoring a tournament on the PGA senior men’s golf tour.
Troon is a privately-held property management company with in 43 states. It runs more than 475 18-hole golf courses, as well as homeowner associations, private residence clubs and other hospitality venues.
The Synchronicity brand has become established among professional golfers, so the Troon partnership is a good fit for Functional Remedies, according to the company’s CEO Andrew Campbell. Synchronicity products carry full-spectrum hemp extracts but do not specifically mention CBD.
“We’re excited to offer (Synchronicity) to Troon’s patrons so they can experience the power of the plant,” Campbell said in a company statement.
