On May 14, 2018, Aurora Cannabis Inc. and the Company entered into an arrangement agreement, pursuant to which Aurora will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of the Company and each shareholder of the Company will be entitled to receive 3.575 common shares of Aurora and $0.000001 in cash in exchange for each Common Share held.
