Tree Of Knowledge International Corp. Announces CSE Listing and Delisting from TSX Venture Exchange

Calgary, Alberta (FSCwire) – Tree of Knowledge International Corp. (formerly Courtland Capital Inc.) (the “Company”) (CSE:TOKI ) is pleased to announce that further to the Company’s press release dated July 3, 2018, the Common Shares are expected to commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) on Monday, July 9, 2018, under the symbol “TOKI”. The Common Shares will be delisted from the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange on Friday July 6, 2018.

The approval of the Company’s shareholders to the delisting was obtained on May 2, 2018, in connection with the approval of matters relating to the Merger to acquire the business of Tree of Knowledge Inc.

At the request of the TSX Venture Exchange, the Company wishes to clarify that the TSX Venture Exchange did not approve the Merger or any transactions associated therewith. The listing of the Company resulting from completion of the Merger was approved by the CSE on June 28, 2018.
