PRESS RELEASE

–Wana Brands partners with High Life Farms to bring trusted cannabis products to America’s largest market–

Desert Hot Springs, Calif. (July 10, 2019)—The wait is (almost) over! Wana Brands is bringing its top-selling, all-natural line of cannabis infused products to California through a continuing partnership with High Life Farms. The infused product juggernaut expects to have its top selling Wana Sour Gummies available in Golden State dispensaries by September.

Wana has secured its position as the No. 1 edibles brand in the United States (according to BDS Analytics Brand Share Report) through its expansion from its Colorado headquarters into Nevada, Illinois, Michigan, Arizona and Oregon. Bringing Wana products to California–the world’s fifth largest economy–will catapult the Brand’s reach into the stratosphere. Beyond California, Wana is onboarding in Ohio and Florida (as regulations allow) and expects to enter international markets including Canada by the end of the year.

“High Life Farms is already Wana Brands’ trusted partner in Michigan, so we expect that our teams can hit the ground running and get Wana’s reliable and consistent products into the California market in record time,” said Wana Founder & CEO Nancy Whiteman.

“High Life Farms is focused on bringing the best brands to the most important markets, so Wana is the perfect partner for our California operations,” said Jason Pasko, COO, High Life Farms.

In California, Wana will offer its popular Sour Gummies in flavors including Watermelon (Hybrid); Blueberry (Indica); Mango (Sativa); Strawberry Lemonade 1:1 (THC/CBD); Strawberry 10:1 (CBD/THC); and Yuzu 2:1 (CBD/THC). Wana Sour Gummies are handcrafted and infused with high-quality tincture during the cooking process to ensure the best tasting, highest quality, consistent gummie on the market. Wana gummies are made with fruit pectin, not gelatin. A specially selected fruit pectin gives Wana Sour Gummies their amazing texture and makes them 100% vegan. All Wana products are made with gluten-free ingredients and taste like real fruit, thanks to all-natural flavoring, coloring and sugar. Wana Gummies also have no sorbitol or mineral oil, both of which can cause stomach upset.

Wana Brands products are known for their quality, consistency and potency. The company has been providing third party testing of its products to ensure purity and potency since Wana was established in 2010. As such, consumers and retailers have come to trust the Wana name as the industry leader in infused gummies.

Other items from Wana’s carefully curated line of infused cannabis products will be added in the future. Wana’s product portfolio provides a range of different ratios and classes that enable customers to create the specific cannabis experience they want. Wana leads the industry in quality, consistency and potency, featuring a full line of premium infused products including Wana Sour Gummies, Wana Disposable Vapes, WanaCapsXR, Wana Tarts, Wana Quick Onset Tincture and Wana Drops/Lozenges.

Wana Brands is one of only a handful of marijuana infused production companies that is Woman-Owned. Heralded as “The Queen of Legal Weed” by Inc. (May 2017) and “The Martha Stewart of Edibles” by Entrepreneur (Jan. 2019), Whiteman was one of six women included in High Times 100 in March 2019 and she was listed No. 3 in Cannabis Business Executive’s Top Women in Cannabis list in May 2019.

Wana Brands is focused on “Enhancing Your World” through a strategic Corporate Social Responsibility program that invests in local communities through Donations and Aid, Volunteering, Environmental Impact and Sustainability, and Ethical & Transparent Business Practices. Wana Brands makes sustainability a priority throughout the organization. In March, Wana Brands advanced industry innovation by unveiling a more sustainable packaging solution for its artisan edibles. The new containers reduce three layers of packaging to only one, with a tamper-evident shrink band adding another level of security. Since late 2017, Wana has worked to make its operations paperless by instituting digital reporting SOPs, making Wana’s procurement and receiving departments 95% paperless and helping to reduce their carbon footprint.
