The Boulder company said in a release that David Panter is its new COO, effective Monday. Charlotte’s Web said Panter has more than 20 years of “global supply chain experience” at businesses including Estee Lauder Company, Campbell Soup Co., and Tyco Healthcare/Covidien.

Panter will report to Deanie Elsner, Charlotte’s Web CEO.

Lermer left the company exactly one year after starting his job.

Charlotte’s Web Holdings lost $18.8 million last quarter, a plunge of 688% from the same period in 2018.
